Companion Services
Our companion services offer assistance that helps an individual work toward a therapeutic or community integration goal in their support plan.
Our companions may:
- Attend a movie with the client to practice coping skills and manage their social anxiety.
- Go with the client to a community event to reduce their social isolation
- Play a board game with the client to enhance their fine motor skills.
- Provide verbal instructions or cues to the client to help them complete a task.
- Assist or supervise the client with tasks such as laundry, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and shopping.
